Hermes Agent 和 OpenClaw 是我们追踪的开源个人智能体中星数最多的两个，而且它们比大多数“vs”组合都更接近。两者都采用 MIT 许可证、免费、不绑定模型、运行在你自己的硬件上，并驻留在你的聊天应用里。两者默认都不会把命令放进沙箱。区别在于默认设置、覆盖范围和理念。

选 OpenClaw，如果你想要最广的覆盖面：macOS、Windows、Linux、iOS 和 Android 原生应用，29 个聊天渠道，142 个官方插件，以及一键云端部署。

成熟度与发展势头

OpenClaw 先出现，于 2025 年 11 月 24 日发布，截至我们 2026 年 11 月 8 日查看时有 394,193 颗 GitHub 星。它目前由非营利组织 OpenClaw Foundation 管理。Hermes Agent 由 Nous Research 于 2026 年 2 月 25 日发布，到同一日期已获得 261,682 颗星。OpenClaw 基于 Node 的 TypeScript；Hermes 用的是 Python。

遥测

这是最明显的区别。OpenClaw 默认每天联系项目服务器，发送你的版本、操作系统、Node.js 版本和 CPU 架构、一个不含标识符的安装计数以及更新报告；服务器还会记录大致位置。功能统计需要主动开启，而 update.checkOnStart: false 可以关闭其余部分。

Hermes Agent 的共享指标默认关闭，只有在被询问时你选择共享才会发送。它的更新检查是与 GitHub 仓库进行比对。只有当你选择 Nous Portal 作为模型提供商时，Nous Research 才能看到你的对话。

沙箱

打平，而且不是好的那种打平。OpenClaw 的沙箱默认关闭，除非你开启审批，否则智能体可以在宿主机上运行命令。Hermes Agent 的终端后端默认是本地，审批模式和容器隔离都是可选项。

应用与安装

OpenClaw 可以通过脚本、npm、桌面应用、Docker 或 Railway 一键部署安装。它需要 Node 24.16+ 或 26.1+，如果缺失，安装程序会自动配置。它有原生的 iOS 和 Android 应用。

Hermes Agent 可以通过脚本、macOS（仅 Apple Silicon）和 Windows 桌面应用或 Docker 安装。Linux 没有桌面安装包，Android 则需要通过 Termux 进行命令行安装。没有 iOS 应用，所以在手机上你只能用聊天应用。

渠道

两者都支持 Telegram、WhatsApp、Discord、Slack 和 iMessage。OpenClaw 列出了 29 个渠道，包括 Microsoft Teams。Hermes 列出了 20 多个，包括 Signal、邮件和短信，但 iMessage 需要在 Mac 上单独运行一个 BlueBubbles 服务器。

缺点

  • Model costs are on you and can run high: testers and users have reported spending over $100 in a day with expensive models
  • Sandboxing is off by default and the agent can run commands on the host unless you turn on approvals
  • Setup and upkeep expect comfort with the command line; maintainers warn it is risky for non-technical users
  • Broad access to email, messages and the system makes prompt injection and malicious third-party skills a real risk
